We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your requirements, that it will be available at any particular time, or that it will be secure. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEALOWPAY.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether or not Healowpay.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

IN NO EVENT SHALL HEALOWPAY.COM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Healowpay.com and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

Healowpay.com processes payments through secure payment gateways. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to:
